George P. Rose & Sons Sodding and Grading is a sodding and seeding company Serving Omaha, Gretna, Elkhorn, Papillion, La Vista, Bellevue, Ashland, and Council Bluffs Nebraska and other surrounding communities.

We, also, grow our own sod on the "George P. Rose & Sons Sod Farm" in the very fertile grounds near Ashland, Nebraska. The sod farm is approximate 20 miles between Omaha and Lincoln.

Our sod is grown from top quality seed blends.

Sodding is desired over seeding when quickly established lawns are needed due to lots of traffic across the yard. Sod is ready for heavy traffic in a few weeks.

Sodding is, also, commonly used to stop soil erosion on slopes where seed and soil would wash away by the rain.
